I have a fully furnished single room available for rent in Via Tolmino 59a, starting from the middle of September for a total period of 6 months (during such period I will be abroad for an exchange program).
The room is in a student house with other two single rooms, shared kitchen/living room, shared bathroom, shared cuddy and a personal car parking place. You will share the house with other two tenants, both of them students at the Politecnico.
Infostrada land-line and internet with unlimited usage contract available for 80 euros every two months.
Well linked by public transport with all the city major points of interests and universities. Nearby the house there are stops for the following bus lines: 58, 58/, 56, 66, 55, 64.
The rental price is 210 euros + general expenses (bills + administration cost)
